Terms of Service
For sketch pieces, full payment upfront. For bigger pieces, at least half of the payment upfront, the rest upon completion.
All prices stated are base prices and may go up depending on the complexities of the piece.
All payments are accepted through Paypal or Venmo, in USD only.
I have the right to deny a commission request for any reason.
Some form of reference is required (anything from ms paint stick figures, picrews, other art, pinterest boards etc.). Otherwise, if only a written description is provided, a small service fee will be charged.
No refunds.
No NFTs or AI art.
I will send a short 'contract' stating the details of commission and payment, for you to look through and see what we agree on. (Probably a PDF or doc)
An invoice will be provided with the contract if using Paypal, and if using Venmo, a payment request with a memo.
ASKING FOR CHANGESFor commissions that are further along than the "sketch" type:
If there is anything you are not happy with (or would like for me to add or erase) during the initial sketch phase, please let me know exactly what you'd like changed, as it is your responsibility as my client to do so. I will be more than happy to change anything you do not like during that phase of the drawing, and it will not hurt my feelings if you ask for changes!
I am unable to change anything once I start the next phase of drawing.

To request a commission, contact me at my email: [email protected]This will be the initial form of contact for the commission. Afterwards, if preferred, communication can be switched to Discord or another platform (if available), though any major documents (such as the contract and invoice, etc., will be sent through email).If we're friends or directly know each other, you can just go straight to Discord if you prefer!
Be sure to include "Art Commission" and your name/alias in the subject line
In the email, be sure to state the commission type, what your idea for it is, any references you have, any questions, or anything else you think would be helpful/needed.
